Preparation for your stay

Our cleaner, Jane, will clean and disinfect to a high domestic standard so that the property will be ready for your arrival.  

Sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover, kitchen towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up for you. If you prefer to bring your own linen and towels please let me know and I will reduce your rental by £20.

Welcome pack. The welcome pack will contain pre-wrapped items: tea, coffee, milk and so on. There is hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. I’ll email guests with a guide to the local attractions and key features of the property.

On arrival

We will provide you with a code for the electronic door locks that will last for the duration of your stay.  

On departure

We would really appreciate it if you could check out promptly by 10am, so that Jane can clean ready for the next guests.
